Shipping & Delivery Policy

Cricket Goat sells a digital product only. Nothing is physically shipped, and no delivery address is collected.

What you receive

You receive points added to the cricketer you chose. One point costs ₹1. Points are applied to that player’s total on the public leaderboard at cricketgoat.in.

When you receive it

Points are delivered immediately once your payment is confirmed — normally within a few seconds of completing checkout. The leaderboard updates straight away and you can see the change on the site.

If your connection drops or you close the page mid-payment, the points are still delivered. Our system re-checks pending payments with Razorpay every few minutes and applies them automatically. In this case delivery may take up to 15 minutes.

If points have not appeared 60 minutes after a successful payment, contact us with your Razorpay payment ID and we will resolve it.

Delivery confirmation

Razorpay sends a payment receipt to the email address you provide at checkout. Your points are visible immediately in the player’s total on the leaderboard.

Where we deliver

Worldwide. Cricket Goat is available to anyone with internet access and a valid payment method. Because the product is digital, there are no shipping restrictions, shipping charges, or customs implications.

Shipping charges

None. The amount you pay is applied entirely to points at ₹1 per point.

Cancellation

Because delivery is immediate and permanently alters a public ranking, orders cannot be cancelled once payment is confirmed. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
